Momentous Academy was founded by Nicholas Crossland and comprises a small team of qualified lawyers with expertise in technology, AI, privacy and legal tech solutions. We combine real understanding of the technology itself with legal expertise and a commercial mindset.

Nicholas is a technology and AI lawyer with city, boutique, and inhouse experience, having trained at CMS and spent time seconded to the legal teams at IBM and Microsoft. He is also a proficient software and machine learning engineer, specialising in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
